My experience with Ellwood city one is poor a lot of loud talking about the clients conversation that was between hairdressers. So uncool never went back cuz it was me who overheard my conversation
To put it simply, they made a mistake that cost me 6 hours over 2 saturdays, all they had to do was match my natural color and this apparently was an impossible task! now im left looking ridiculous with damaged black splotchy hair.......... :(
Very small but the stylists seem to know what they are doing and very pleasant. I gave it 3 stars due to the shop and location.
The stylists are always very nice, and will go out of their way to accommodate you. The prices are great, and they always have deals on their products. Can't recommend enough!
If you care about your hair and your looks, do NOT go to famous hair, particularly this one. the staff is a joke, they have no clue about color services and it is just a guessing game to them. I had a terrible experience one week ago, where it took three hours and 3 color jobs to mask what was done in the first 20 min. I left thinking that I could come to terms with what was done and what i thought was "fixed". one week later, the color they used to "cover up" their mistakes washed out. I went back only to spend another three hours (and two more die jobs) there leaving very unhappy with really dark (almost black) hair, which looked ridiculous with my fair skin. the color is patchy and very uneven it looks as though I used two different boxed colors and still missed spots. needless to say the person who did it got it all over my forehead and on my shoulder and shirt (how does this happen if they put aprons on? i dont know!). they are very sloppy and do not care about their customers.
